Wamos Air was great. The inflight entertainment was limited, but I was served two meals (and didn't have to pay a $45 fee like on Norwegian Air), with wine, a real bonus.

Norwegian customer service at JFK stinks. I had to wait in a very long line even though I printed out my boarding pass, and on top of that, they made me check my carry on bag for $65 because the total all of my carry on items were slightly over weight, not just my suitcase.

Boarding at jfk was a shambles as there were o announcements as to why we were being delayed. Once on board it was ok very cramped seating but at least the crew were pleasant. Having read some reviews early I agree I think that if you have a good flight crew then at least your flight will be ok if not then it will be unpleasant. It wasn’t a cheap flight for a budget airline and will endeavour never to fly with them again.

When it was over!

Very poor customer service as the Norwegian staff at JFK are not employees of the airline. They have very little care or concern for any travel issues that may occur. They are there to process passengers through. If you have any questions or need help you are passed to a very uninterested person that only can tell you to go on the Norwegian website for anything you need to do with your booking. The check-in and gate agents provide no help or even attempt to try serve the customer. They are just there to perform a task. Norwegian sold premium seats and then puts the customer in Economy in the back of the plane. A bit is a bait and switch. They should refund the difference in the fare to be fair.

Very disappointed in my first longhaul flight on Norwegian Air. Check in staff at Boston was snarly, the food was very average, and the leg room in economy was the least I've ever experienced on an international flight. I am 5 foot three and I do not understand how anyone even a few inches taller than me would not be in imminent danger of developing a blood clot. Horrible. This is a Dreamliner? I only had nightmares.

Probably the unhappiest check-in and flight crew I've flown with. Makes me wonder what Norwegian does to its employees. Be advised that they weigh your carry-on bags, and you may be forced to check them. Basically, add $60 to your ticket price to account for round trip bag fees.

The crew were all terrific!! The plane was clean & comfortable. It was great to have movies, music, etc. included for no extra charge. This was my first time to fly Icelandair & I will choose this airline again. Much better than all other major airlines I have traveled with & Would like to see more routes added.

Would really appreciate an included evening meal on a flight from MCI Kansas City to Reykjavik. The choices of meals for purchase were quite limited & fairly good, but not excellent.

The process was non-existent. Simply terrible and not thought through at all. First there is no on-line check in. So, you arrive without a seat assignment or boarding pass. Stress. Then you go to the small handful of kiosks and find that only a couple are working. So you wait in line. Then you get your boarding pass and walk to the security checkpoint as you do with every...other...airline..ever. You wait on line and watch countless people being turned away from the security person. You wonder why out loud and surmise with the passengers around you - but we’ve all flow. Hundreds of times before, and we all have our boarding passes and no checked bags. So, you think youre ok. Stress. Then when it’s your turn, you get rejected because you have to have a “stamp”. What stamp? I scanned my passport at the kiosk and I have a “known passenger” number. what stamp? Go back to the counter and wait on a loooong slow line. They want to weigh our bags. Why? They are all small carry-ons. We’ve all done this a thousand times. Nope - Norwegein weighs your TOTAL carry on and it all has to be less than 10kg. 10 kilograms! So, one by one, EVERY passenger is instantly angry and gets hit with a $65 fee per bag and all carry ons get checked. Stress and now we will be late upon our arrival as we didn’t anticipate checked luggage. After having your luggage weighed and deemed too heavy, you have to go wait on the “payment line” to pay your $65 fee. This is a joy - everyone is pissed. The staff is smirking and repeating, “don’t stress” over and over. After you pay your fee, you have to get BACK ON LINE to show the bag guy that you paid and then he put your bag on the conveyer. only, your bag is in a pile of all the other bag behind the counter. So he holds up each bag and says, “this one?” Farking nuts. Then you go and get BACK ON LINE to go through security. Then the gate....that’s a whole other debacle. 250 people crowded around the gate person. Literally hell. LOOK AT THE OTHER AIRLINES AROUND YOU. COPY THEM. Oh, no food or drinks on the plane unless you know the secret handshake. We realized this when the food cart and drink cart each passed us by. Mind you, this was t just our group. Every passenger around us has the same stress filled confused experience and we all spoke about it. Never, ever again. Pay the extra $100 and fly a proper airline.

Price for the flight was nice from NYC - JFK to London for me. Useful to have budget airlines for further distances, if you don't mind missing large chunks of basic amenities. Bathrooms on this flight were more clean and nicer than most flights I've been on too.

I did not like the extremely long and inefficient way they board onto planes. They say they are starting to board and then we waited over 20 minutes just to hear who was going to board first. Then they ask for rows 18-28, leaving out the rows 29-36 or something like that, which created an extremely long and late boarding process. Once they started boarding people it was a giant mess in the waiting area and of course, once people have their ticket scanned, then you continue to wait in a long line past the kiosk for another 10 minutes. Getting Food, drink, and even the Customs Form was really inefficient -- the person with the forms walked quickly down the aisle and missed me because he was looking at the other side and not checking with each aisle like most flight attendents would. I ended up getting my customs form taking it from the drink cart when it was sticking out.

I had a backpack and duffel back for an 8 day trip overseas. I get this is a budget airline but Ryan Air works because the sacrifices make sense given the distances they travel aren’t hours. Shoving people on a flight like that with tight space, no food, no entertainment and charging me $65 for a duffel bag that you force me to check because I’m carrying 11 kilos in two small bags? Pass. Costing $50 less is far from worth it and I regret not opting for british or pretty much any other airline.

Easy, comfortable, professional, courteous service... they accommodated our seating arrangement very well as my wife and I were traveling together but had been separated in booking. Smooth take off, and landing! Cabin temperature was excellent and they provided blankets and a pillow before the flight. Just really enjoyed our trip to Iceland!

Our only disappointment would have been not have been seated together before as we booked on the same conference. As well bags are extra and it is not well explained about the pricing before hand. If you are traveling with a carry on and a personal at the specific dimensions then no worries but and deviation will cost!

Iceland Air personnel were super accommodating, in Seattle on the ground and in he air.

Swissport personnel in Europe were awful. Bags were delayed in Amsterdam for over an hour after landing. Check in at Brussels was also an hour long queue. Boarding in the terminal in Iceland was very disorganized.

The cost of the flight was very reasonable. It was a direct flight from Reykjavík to Minneapolis.

I was never given the option to check in luggage. I had to pay $77 to check in my luggage. I had been in Europe for 2 weeks so I needed luggage check. Once on the flight, you had to pay for everything except a few juices, sodas, coffee and tea. Snacks and meals had to be purchased. Another expense. The flight was 1 hour late departing for no apparent reason. I have flown Icelandair twice and both times they were late departing. In visiting with fellow passengers they had similar experiences.

Probably the unhappiest check-in and flight crew I've flown with. Makes me wonder what Norwegian does to its employees. Be advised that they weigh your carry-on bags, and you may be forced to check them. Basically, add $60 to your ticket price to account for round trip bag fees.

Prices are per person and are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in USD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
