A small over-the-shoulder soft bag cost 55$ each way to bring on-board. Seats do not recline, and our flight was delayed as many as 12 hours ahead of our flight for what amounted to a 3 hour difference in landing times. Attendants were neither apologetic or offered any explaination. We missed our hotel, we had to reschedule the pick-up for our rental car 3 times. Spirit is a disaster. Kayak would do better not to offer its flights through their service so as not to bring their own name down!

The flight attendant MS. Alley (?) was very rude in behavior. I was going to the toilet room; she stopped me on the way, and let another person behind me to go first. This happened in flight 630 from O'hare to Laguardia, on November 26, 2017. I was extremely disappointed at this behavior. Other crew members were very nice. Thanks Joe

The Gogo Inflight wifi and entertainment did not work for even a minute. I choose flights based on their amenities and this one had offered full WIFI service which swayed me to choose to fly with Delta. I'm not sure who is to blame about this issue but I'm pretty frustrated that it was completely dysfunctional.

Very nice flight and attentive staff. Enjoyed the view of NYC as we flew up the East River, then looped over Nassau County to approach LGA.

The male flight attendant who handed out the complimentary drinks and snacks acted a bit strangely. I was very thirsty, and I asked him if I could keep the rest of the can of soda. He neither said yes nor no, but rather completely ignored what I said and just poured my drink and moved on. I was a mildly annoyed, but figured maybe it was policy and he was shy and didn't want to debate the matter. When he took care of the older couple behind us, however, things got really strange. He asked them whether they wanted pretzels or peanuts, but they misheard him and asked for a ginger ale. I happened to know that he did have ginger ale, since my wife had just gotten one, but rather than just pouring the old folks a drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" They misheard again and asked him whether he had a diet ginger ale. Again, rather than just pour them the drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" This went round and round a few more times -- like a poorly designed computer UI that refuses to accept anything except the correct input -- before the old couple finally figured out the disconnect and picked their snacks before their drinks. Very weird.

I liked that they thought that tic tacs is a solution to a 14 hour delay. Screw you, United.

Since I missed this connecting flight by 8 hours, the best united could guarantee was a flight 2 DAYS LATER. I had to sleep at the airport. No food vouchers, no compensation. Waited in Uniteds line for 3 hours just to talk to someone. They lost my luggage which I had PAID to check; it was sent to the wrong airport. They guanteed luggage delivery by Thursday night. It arrived Saturday morning at 3am.

Exit row seat very roomy with plenty of leg room.

Flight from ORD to LGA delayed even though the plane was already at the gate in ORD. No announcement explaining why it was delayed. What was worse was that after landing at LGA, baggage tagged as Priority did not come out first, it came out much later - after numerous non-priority baggage came out. This is not the first time this has happened at LGA. What's the point of tagging it as Priority if it won't be handled that way?

there is no part i liked

Seat is highly uncomfortable and doesn’t recline, no space for legs, cabin air quality was stuffy, flight was bumpy (no one’s fault), landing was very rocky, no complimentary food or drinks, $55 carry on is insane. Feels like we as passengers are not cared about, spirit just wants to make money. I’ve never gotten off a spirit flight feeling good about the airline. Only reason I use this airline is if flight times work better than other airlines.

Delta's free in-flight wi-fi for entertainment (movies, tv, music) on your own device is a big plus. Not so easy to find (there's sparse information in their magazine or seat-back brochure), but once you find it there's a wealth of options.

Very nice flight and attentive staff. Enjoyed the view of NYC as we flew up the East River, then looped over Nassau County to approach LGA.

The male flight attendant who handed out the complimentary drinks and snacks acted a bit strangely. I was very thirsty, and I asked him if I could keep the rest of the can of soda. He neither said yes nor no, but rather completely ignored what I said and just poured my drink and moved on. I was a mildly annoyed, but figured maybe it was policy and he was shy and didn't want to debate the matter. When he took care of the older couple behind us, however, things got really strange. He asked them whether they wanted pretzels or peanuts, but they misheard him and asked for a ginger ale. I happened to know that he did have ginger ale, since my wife had just gotten one, but rather than just pouring the old folks a drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" They misheard again and asked him whether he had a diet ginger ale. Again, rather than just pour them the drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" This went round and round a few more times -- like a poorly designed computer UI that refuses to accept anything except the correct input -- before the old couple finally figured out the disconnect and picked their snacks before their drinks. Very weird.

The crew and pilot were absolutely amazing.

This is my 3rd delta flight in a row that has been delayed. I understand these things happen, just extremely frustrating.

The Gogo Inflight wifi and entertainment did not work for even a minute. I choose flights based on their amenities and this one had offered full WIFI service which swayed me to choose to fly with Delta. I'm not sure who is to blame about this issue but I'm pretty frustrated that it was completely dysfunctional.

Waited 45 minutes in line to check our bag. Ours was the third or fourth flight of the day. How were the check in staff so far behind so early??

there is no part i liked

Seat is highly uncomfortable and doesn’t recline, no space for legs, cabin air quality was stuffy, flight was bumpy (no one’s fault), landing was very rocky, no complimentary food or drinks, $55 carry on is insane. Feels like we as passengers are not cared about, spirit just wants to make money. I’ve never gotten off a spirit flight feeling good about the airline. Only reason I use this airline is if flight times work better than other airlines.

Nothing- the minimal decrease in cost disappears by the time you check in.

A small over-the-shoulder soft bag cost 55$ each way to bring on-board. Seats do not recline, and our flight was delayed as many as 12 hours ahead of our flight for what amounted to a 3 hour difference in landing times. Attendants were neither apologetic or offered any explaination. We missed our hotel, we had to reschedule the pick-up for our rental car 3 times. Spirit is a disaster. Kayak would do better not to offer its flights through their service so as not to bring their own name down!
